Location
The imposing central hall, carefully restored, stands on the foundations of the ancient Baths of Diocletian, the largest in Rome, still visible today and preserved next to Palazzo Montemartini. The colonnade, statues and elegant furnishings make Senses a truly unique restaurant, ideal for both a business lunch and a romantic dinner or private event. The room has often served as a set location for major national and international film productions.
Chef Alessandro Tognacci
Chef Tognacci, a Roman doc born in 1987, honed his culinary art between London and Italy, working under Alain Ducasse in Tuscany. His cuisine, refined and Mediterranean, is inspired by traditional Roman recipes, revisited with an innovative twist. A perfect balance between tradition and modernity, giving life to unique dishes, able to excite as much in taste as in appearance.A play of colors and flavors, where excellent raw materials are enhanced by different techniques and cooking.
