From classic margherita to vegetarian, via Napoli 2.0 with San Marzano tomatoes, oregano, garlic, semi-dried cherry tomatoes, black olives, anchovies from Cetara and basil to the Raito house recipe with provola cheese from the Lattari mountains, yellow tomatoes, pepper, anchovies from Cetara and tarallo. The choice of pizzas ranges from traditional to innovative, with a touch in the kitchen from Francesco Russo, a master chef who, together with his pizza makers, has created a menu dedicated to the queen of the table that has conquered the entire world.
