Crispy bread, swordfish, avocado, buffalo mozzarella, mixed salad and some caps as garnish are the ingredients, the master's trick is in the marinade made using local products.

The swordfish is in fact finely chopped and left to flavour for a few minutes with oil, oregano – from Etna no less – fresh mint and Sicilian interdonato lemon. The bread seasoned with a drizzle of oil is the perfect base on which to place the avocado, then the carpaccio, the mozzarella and the mixed salad.
